Travel Insurance
This extra purchase could make your life easier in case of an emergency. If
you've saved up for a trip, and had your plans interrupted by illness,
injury, or extreme weather conditions, you don't want the added burden of
extra expenses to reschedule your trip or catch up with your tour. While most
economy-fare airline tickets can be changed for a fee (now up to $150 for
most domestic flights and $200 for international flights), other prepaid
travel arrangements may be non-refundable. Travel insurance will cover your
expenses in many situations that you might not even have considered, and can
include medical evacuation or emergency expenses during your trip as well as
added costs for a flight delay of five hours or more. Pre-existing medical
conditions may be covered if you purchase this insurance package within 21
days of your initial deposit for your travel arrangements. Rates vary
according to your age and the length of the trip.
